The listing address may differ from the driveway entrance. Detailed arrival instructions, including the correct access point, will be provided prior to check-in. - The pool house is equipped with a fan only and does not currently have air conditioning.
The main house and Barnhouse are fully air-conditioned. (AC installation for the pool house is in progress.) - The greenhouse is not accessible unless prior approval is granted by the homeowner. - The trailer on the property is not available for guest use.
Guests may use the parking lot as needed. - There is no music system available at the property. Please Note: - Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers.
Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible. - Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities.
