BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Every one of the five bedrooms in this exquisite LA villa is incredibly spacious and features thoughtful touches, including a private ensuite bathroom, a huge walk-in closet for your personal belongings, and a large flat-screen TV for the ultimate privacy.

First Floor Bedroom 1: This massive primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, which faces a contemporary fireplace and huge flat-screen TV. The lavish ensuite bathroom offers an oversized bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and double sink vanity beneath a gorgeous chandelier.

This full bathroom includes separate his ‘n’ her toilets, a make-up table, and a doorway to a huge walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3: Both the second and third bedrooms provide a queen-sized bed, an elegant desk for work, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite shower room.

Second Floor Bedroom 4: Stretch out on a luxurious king-sized bed or enjoy some alone time on the plush sectional couch. Step through the French doors to discover a large and private balcony. An ensuite shower room is attached for your convenience. Bedroom 5: The fifth bedroom also features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV.

Its private bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo. KITCHEN & LOUNGE When you first step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by gorgeous high ceilings and a stunning open-floor living space. The main living space comprises a casual living room with exquisitely designed ceilings and a full, gourmet kitchen.

A large sectional couch provides plenty of space for the whole family to gather in front of the fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances, including a top-of-the-line stove, refrigerator, and oven. The kitchen island offers generous room for food preparation.

Adjacent to it is the formal dining room features a large dining table that comfortably accommodates 10 people. The home theater room is equipped with a state-of-the-art projector and screen, supremely comfortable recliner couches, a high-end sound system, and soundproof walls.

OUTSIDE SPACE Gather under the shade of the covered patio and enjoy the big game on the large flat-screen, or enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal from the comfort of the large dining table. At backyard is a breathtaking infinity-edge saltwater pool.

There’s plenty of outdoor seating all around, including a hanging egg chair for two, a sheltered outdoor daybed, and an outdoor couch. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a huge BBQ grill and plenty of prep space. Please Note: - No Garage access and No pool heating available at the moment.

Only Spa heating. - Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers.

Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible. - Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities.
