About The Villa Casa Nikki is a charming, privately-owned, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase 1, in the heart of the famous Mexican Riviera Maya. Built over three levels, this magnificent Mexican-style villa offers you four king and one queen-sized beds, with 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The estate is also completed with two pools: one at the entrance level near the beach and a plunge pool on the rooftop, perfect for watching the sparkling ocean or catching the sunset!
